So as to be very blunt and clear the following conditions will apply to all communications:

• Contact is via e-mail or twitter only
• All e-mails must contain your name and company
• We make no guarantee we will answer your e-mail or tweet
• We will ignore any unsolicited requests for solutions to non relevant issues or problems
• We do not help find jobs
• We do not provide references
• We do not provide advice
